Shipping Area We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 (subtotal after discounts, before taxes)
Exact shipping charges for orders under $100 are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delays Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and before the order ships.
