Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Which Items Can Be Returned
- Clothing, shoes, bags and accessories: returnable within 30 days if unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Skincare and beauty products: returnable within 30 days only if unopened, unused and with the original factory seal intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Jewelry and hair accessories: returnable within 30 days if unworn and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items Opened or used beauty/skincare products (see above), gift cards, and custom or personalized items.
How to Start a Return Email support@honyjou.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label together with the return address and packing instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no charge to you. This applies to all products, including beauty products.
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.
Refunds We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact support@honyjou.com.
